About Us

At Speech AHA, we are a team of experienced paediatric speech pathologists based in NSW, Australia, dedicated to strengthening the allied health workforce through practical, evidence-based education.

After years of leading busy private practices, supervising AHAs, and supporting early-career clinicians, we saw the same challenge over and over again: AHAs were eager to help, but they often lacked clear, structured, and speech-pathology–specific training. Clinicians were stretched thin, spending countless hours explaining tasks, clarifying scope, and recreating the same guidance for each new staff member.

We created the Allied Health Assistants: Speech Pathology training manual to change that. Developed from real clinical experience, and grounded in best-practice principles, this workbook gives AHAs the clarity, confidence, and practical tools they need to support therapy safely and effectively.

Our goal is simple: to make high-quality AHA training accessible, consistent, and time-saving for clinics across Australia. By equipping AHAs with the right knowledge and step-by-step guidance, we help clinicians focus on what they do best: delivering meaningful therapy while empowering AHAs to contribute with competence and pride.

At Speech AHA, we believe in strengthening teams, elevating care, and making a real difference in the lives of children, families, and the professionals who support them.
